We are currently in the Halloween (October 1 - November 2 2025) No Return Window. Please be advised that any costume, mask, accessory including but not limited to wigs and hosiery are not returnable. We will not be accepting returns or exchanges during this time.

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, so we've crafted a policy that ensures your satisfaction while maintaining the magic of our products. Here's our friendly return policy:

1. Traditional Party Supplies:
For traditional party supplies, we offer a generous 14-day return policy. If you find that the item you purchased doesn't meet your needs, simply bring it back to us within 14 days, along with the original receipt, and we'll be more than happy to provide you with a refund or exchange. We want to ensure that you have the perfect party supplies for your special occasion.

2. Costumes and Wearable Accessories:
When it comes to costumes and wearable accessories like masks, wigs, and hosiery, all purchases are final. We believe in the magic of transforming yourself into a character and want to guarantee that you receive new and unused items. If you have any questions or need assistance, our friendly staff is always here to help you choose the perfect accessories.

3. Design Center Products:
Our design center offers personalized products that add a unique touch to your celebrations. Please note that due to their personalized nature, all sales of design center items are final. We put our heart and soul into creating these special products just for you, and we hope they bring joy to your celebrations. However, if there are any mistakes on our part, we will gladly make the necessary adjustments and re-print the requested merchandise to ensure your satisfaction.

Please keep in mind that while we make every effort to match colors and inks accurately, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to variations in digital proofs. However, we promise to do our best to provide you with the closest possible color match.

Non-Eligible Items

For hygiene and healthy regulations, ALL sales are final on the following items:
 

  • Costumes
  • Costume Kits
  • Wigs
  • Masks
  • Panties (Thongs, Boy-shorts, G-strings, Bikinis, etc.)
  • Hosiery
  • Pasties and Pasty glue
  • Adhesive items
  • Jewelry
  • Or similar items at our discretion


 JJ’s Party House reserved the right to reject your order for refund if:
 

  • Costumes are returned
  • Wigs are returned
  • Item have been laundered
  • Unsealed Panties returned (evidence of worn, pet’s hair, odor, stain)
  • Unsealed Hosiery (evidence of worn, pet’s hair, odor, stain, perfume)
  • Unsealed body Stockings returned (evidence of worn, pet’s hair, odor, stain, perfume)
  • Items with tags removed returned (evidence of worn, pet’s hair, odor, stain, perfume)

 

*** Items that are returned with any of the above mentioned conditions will not be refunded or shipped back to the customer.

Refunding Shipping Cost

In some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount can be deducted from your refund.
 

Note: we will provide you with the return label.

SHIPPING SERVICES

JJ’s Party House offers 3 shipping methods within the US.

  • Free Shipping Method (on eligible items) - FREE with your order (3-5 business days).
  • USPS Priority Mail is calculated in your shopping cart. You are provided delivery dates and costs prior to checkout (2-3 day delivery in most US States)
  • FedEx 2 Day is calculated in your shopping cart. You are provided delivery dates and cost prior to checkout (2 Day Shipping).

The website is live and will update the transit time depending on when you complete your order.

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 201 N. Bicentennial Blvd. McAllen Texas US 78501

ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
