Additional fees apply for customizations that require design and print production.
How long will the helium balloons stay inflated?
Latex balloons typically float for 12-24 hours, while foil balloons can last 3-5 days or more with proper care. To maximize float time, keep balloons indoors, away from heat, direct sunlight, and sharp objects. Weather conditions may affect float time for outdoor deliveries.
Do you inflate balloon that have been purchased on Amazon or other stores?
Yes, we inflate balloons purchased from other businesses. Please call for current pricing. We are not responsible for balloons that pop during balloon inflation.
What is your cancellation or refund policy for balloon orders?
Orders can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may are not permitted due to helium and materials used. No refunds are available for same-day cancellations or after the balloons have been picked up.
